Round 11 – Pick #342

LHP – Travis Hosterman – Hagerty High School

Here’s what Baseball America had to say about Hosterman:

Hosterman looked like a polished college pitcher in his inning at Wrigley. His fastball ranged from 86-88 and touched 89, and was able to spot it down and to both sides very effectively. His curveball broke with 1-to-7 shape and heavy depth

Round 12 – Pick #372

C – Ridge Smith – Austin Peay State University

Round 13 – Pick #402

RHP – Chris Lincoln – Rancho Verde High School

Round 14 – Pick #432

RHP – Christopher Hall – Elon University

Here’s what Baseball America had to say about Hall:

He’s been the anchor of the Phoenix’s shaky bullpen all season – with a 2.93 ERA, 10 saves and 27 strikeouts over 31 innings. His fastball has been consistently 91-94 mph, and touched 96-97 on a few occasions, and he’s shown a solid slider – too.

Round 15 – Pick #462

RHP – Josh Winckowski – Estero High School

Round 16 – Pick #492

RHP – Dominic Taccolini – Arkansas

Round 17 – Pick #522

OF – Clayton Keyes – St. Mary’s High School – Alberta – Canada

Here’s Baseball America’s scouting report, from a Canadian Baseball Network profile by Bob Elliot:

Keyes is 17 and could attend a 13th year of school in Canada, or Central Arizona JC, or join the rebuilding program at Washington State. His youth and present strength make him an attractive pro prospect, as he runs well for a 5-foot-11,  210-pounder. The average runner and righthanded hitter plays center field for Canada’s junior-national team and has shown power potential, even to the opposite field, and some bat speed. He’s raw offensively and swings-and-misses a lot against quality pitching.

Round 18 – Pick #552

3B – Bradley Jones – College of Charleston

Round 19 – Pick #582

LHP – Spencer Van Scoyoc – Jefferson High School

Round 20 – Pick #612

RHP – Angel Alicea – Alabama State University

Round 21 – Pick #642

RHP – Mitch McKown – Seminole State College

Round 22 – Pick #672

RHP – Connor Eller – Ouachita Baptist University

Round 23 – Pick #702

OF – Dom Abbadessa – Huntington Beach High School

Round 24 – Pick #732

RHP – Mike Ellenbest – Saginaw Valley State University

From the Saginaw Valley State Baseball page:

Ellenbest, the 2015 GLIAC Freshman Pitcher of the Year and Second Team All-GLIAC honouree, went 5-4 this season while posting a 3.52 ERA and 53 strikeouts in his 69.0 innings pitched.  He ranked fifth in the league in both ERA and innings pitched.

Round 25 – Pick #762

RHP – Casey Legumina – Basha High School
