		<description><![CDATA[I would say that if he continues to be consistent (not necessarily at this level, but just showing he&#039;s mastering his stuff enough to hold it together) that he&#039;d come to camp as a candidate.

It depends on the openings as well. The have an option on Garcia, they could certainly retain Estrada basically at will, and Happ is looking like maybe he&#039;s a guy to spend some money on (particularly if they get the dividend that comes from Donaldson leaving).

I&#039;m not suggesting they will retain all three but there&#039;s a scenario for all of them. 

For whatever opening is available, the potential candidates include Biagini, Borucki, Pannone and SRF (at least) who&#039;ll come to camp as legit candidates and possibly Jordan Romano hanging around the conversation. So, in short - a candidate? Absolutely, if he doesn&#039;t fall apart. But not necessarily at the front of the line.]]></description>
