All very good. maybe upper middling - can we say that?? I like the approach the FO has taken this year...they seem to have a plan and have finally learned how to convey the message to the fans. And they obviously learn from their mistakes !!
I guess what is not exactly being said but is kinda implied is that TBJ are 3 years away from have having anything other than a middling team - we will await the arrival of Vlad Jr. et al. And that means JD will be 35 when they arrive, they will out from under Tulo's and Martin's contract...do you see where I'm going with that? truly, if the dynamic duo can manage to keep this team competitive each year for the next 2 - 3 seasons while they introduce the studs from the farm, I think the fans will support them...one bad season could undo a lot of good intentions...right now they deserve our support.
