		<description><![CDATA[In fairness, I did mention Santana later on, but the point was that the Jays finally have healthy players with upside. Dirks had serious back issues and didn&#039;t play at all in the majors or the minors. 

As for Ramon Santiago, he is the type of guy I would have put in the class of players I listed, and indeed almost included him. He&#039;s old and not good.]]></description>
